If you booked through our website please fill out the form below and we will take a look into your refund request.

If you booked through a hotel, travel agency or another reseller you have to get in touch with them and they will process your refund request.

Please note that any cancellation made within less than 24 hours prior to departure will be fully charged. If a tour is cancelled by us, then you will be eligible for a partial or full refund or might have the option to move your booking to another date.

If you wish to move your booking to another date, please contact us and we will assist you with changing your booking.
